Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delays and lost packages
Carriers can occasionally run late. If your order has not arrived 20 business days after it shipped, email us at hi.fidelink@use.startmail.com and we will resend it or refund you in full.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible so we can correct it before the order ships.
